Accessories
Complete your mechanical keyboard setup with the perfect accessories. From custom cables and wrist rests to carrying cases and desk mats, find everything you need.
Accessories are where small amounts of money buy disproportionate improvements. None of these change what your keyboard can do, but they change how it feels and sounds every time you use it, which over a working day matters more than the spec sheet.
O-rings are the cheapest meaningful upgrade there is. They sit on the keycap stem and soften the bottom-out, cutting noise and taking some impact off your fingers. Our O-rings guide covers which thickness to pick and the trade-off in travel distance.
Lube is the other essential. A single syringe of Krytox 205g0 costs little and does several keyboards, and it is the difference between a scratchy switch and a smooth one. Pair it with the lubing guide, and if you are wondering how long it lasts, we answered that in does keyboard lube dry out.
Beyond that, switch films tighten housing wobble, a switch opener and a decent brush make lubing far less tedious, and stabilizer lube is a genuinely different product from switch lube. The stabilizer guide explains why using the wrong one leaves you with rattle you cannot tune out.
